Als operationele lead preparatie bewaak je de operationele standaarden en werkwijzen gerelateerd tot het Freeze Dry proces.
Het is de bedoeling om als operationele lead ervoor te zorgen dat over de productie afdelingen heen (aseptic 1-2-3-4) op dezelfde manier gewerkt wordt. Concreet betekent dit dat je in deze rol een uitgebreid netwerk zult moeten uitbouwen met de productie afdelingen maar ook dat er een zeer nauwe afstemming nodig is met het engineering departement zodat bij nieuwe projecten de operationele standaarden zoals afgestemd vanuit productie direct meegenomen worden. Verder word je gezien als operationele expert en kan je ingezet worden bij overkoepelende projecten/ problemen.
Je rapporteert in deze functie aan de manager Aseptic 1 Filling Freeze Dry, maar werkt in praktijk overkoepelend over Aseptic 1-2-3-4 en geeft dan ook regelmatig updates aan de operationele directors.

Functieprofiel
- Opleiding: Master in engineering of equivalent
- Ervaring in preparatie projecten
- Perfecte beheersing van het Nederlands en parate kennis van het Engels (schriftelijk en mondeling)
- Sterke interpersoonlijke vaardigheden
- Communicatief sterk
- Je werkt georganiseerd en accuraat
- Sterk analytisch denkvermogen
- Ervaring in een GMP omgeving, aseptische omgeving

Work Location Assignment: On Premise
- De Pfizer site in Puurs is één van de grootste productie
- en verpakkingssites van Pfizer wereldwijd, gespecialiseerd in aseptische productie en verpakking. Jaarlijks worden in Puurs meer dan 400 miljoen doses injecteerbare vaccins en medicijnen geproduceerd. Deze zijn ter plaatse verpakt in ampullen, flacons, plastic flessen, spuiten en patronen voor pennen._
- De medicijnen die in Puurs worden gemaakt, zijn bestemd voor patiënten in meer dan 170 landen wereldwijd. 30% van de productie uit Puurs is bestemd voor ontwikkelingslanden, in samenwerking met UNICEF, WHO, GAVI en ngo's._
