**La société ROUTZ.BE recherche 1 **Service Desk L2-L3 (h/f/x) **en CDI 38h/semaine.

**Description de la fonction
**Vous intégrez une équipe de 8 personnes, les tâches sont variées dans un environnement riche avec des possibilités d'évolution.
Vous serez amené à faire du troubleshooting, gestion de l'AD, de l'automatisation, du contact client, du ticketing et la gestion de workplace.

**Description du profil
** Vous devez être bilingue français/néerlandais, l'anglais est moins important.

Au niveau technique, vous devez avoir de l'expérience (min. 2 ans) dans les technologies suivantes:

- Office 365
- Active Directory - SCCM
- Intune - Powershell
- Apple Business Manager (additional)

En termes de softskills, vous devez être;
- Orienté client
- Humble (parfois faire du support L1 si besoin)
- Professionnel (milieu politique au niveau fédéral)
