**DE JOB**:
Als **Advisor Security Management** help je mee bij het ontwikkelen en implementeren van het security managementbeleid voor Infrabel. Je zal werken binnen de Corporate Security Office (CSO) en wordt aangestuurd door de Chief Security Officer van Infrabel. Als Advisor Security Management verzeker je de correcte opzet, implementatie en actualisering van de security beheersmaatregelen binnen de spoorwegdomeinen die jou worden toegewezen.

Dit kan onder meer de volgende taken inhouden:

- Je geeft ondersteuning bij het uitbouwen en de implementatie van een transversaal securitybeleid voor Infrabel.
- Samen met je collega’s ben je het beveiligingscontactpunt van Infrabel voor de domeinen die jou worden toegewezen. (Als contactpersoon kom je, individueel of samen met je collega’s, als eerste tussen bij elk security onderwerp of security incident binnen Infrabel.)
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de beveiliging van de installaties en van het personeel van de sites die jou worden toegewezen (analyse van de behoeften, opmaken van beveiligingsplannen, opvolging van de implementatie van de voorgestelde beveiligingsmaatregelen, controleren of de geïmplementeerde maatregelen in overeenstemming zijn met de legale en functionele vereisten,...).
- Je verplaatst je regelmatig op het terrein om de specifieke security risico’s voor bepaalde sites te identificeren en op te volgen. Je maakt een rapport van deze site bezoeken waarin je ook concrete en gepaste beveiligingsmaatregelen voorstelt die beantwoorden aan de beveiligingsvereisten.
- Je verzekert de effectiviteit van alle procedures die ontwikkeld worden door middel van audit, red teaming, table top tests, security checks, etc.
- Je volgt de evolutie van security incidenten en analyseert deze informatie om aanbevelingen uit te werken die transversaal binnen de organisatie kunnen worden geïmplementeerd.
- Je draagt bij tot het stimuleren van voldoende security awareness bij alle medewerkers van Infrabel.
- Je neemt deel aan de opleiding van medewerkers op concrete punten die verband houden met security.
- Je neemt deel aan het overleg met de verschillende interne partners, maar ook met externe partners (overheidsinstanties, veiligheidsdiensten, bewakingsfirma’s,).
- Je staat in voor het opmaken, implementeren en actualiseren van de eventuele benodigde securityconventies tussen Infrabel en de spoorwegondernemingen, de politiediensten,...
- Je draagt bij aan het beheer en aan de administratieve en operationele opvolging van de contracten met de bewakingsfirma’s. Je verzekert ook de opvolging ervan op het terrein.
- Je draagt bij aan het uitvoeren van taken in verband met de toepassing van de politiewet binnen Infrabel om de analyse en opvolging van de ontvangen proces-verbalen te verzekeren.
- Je rapporteert regelmatig de vooruitgang van de verschillende securityprojecten aan je collega’s van het CSO en/of de Chief Security Officer van Infrabel.
- Je volgt, indien nodig, bijkomende opleidingen die relevant kunnen zijn voor de uitoefening van bovenstaande taken.
- Je blijft op de hoogte van de Belgische wetgeving, Europese richtlijnen en alle relevante regelgeving aangaande securitybeheer.

**JOUW PROFIEL**:
Je beschikt over een masterdiploma. Een specifiek type oriëntatie is niet vereist.

Een gedegen ervaring binnen het domein van security management wordt als gelijkwaardig beschouwd.
- Voor deze vacature is niet noodzakelijk een specifieke ervaring vereist.
- Ervaring binnen het domein van **security management** is een troef.
- Ervaring met **projectmanagement** is een pluspunt.
- Je beschikt over de benodigde capaciteiten om security **risicoanalyses** uit te voeren van een bepaalde site of van een organisatorische procedure om concrete verbeterpunten te identificeren.Je bent in staat om gestructureerde en beknopte rapporten op te stellen die logisch opgebouwd zijn.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office en van **informaticatools **in het algemeen.
- Je beschikt over een g**oede kennis van de tweede landstaal**. Noties van het **Engels** zijn een pluspunt.
- Een grondige kennis van het **spoorwegdomein en de infrastructuur **is een troef.
