In een bedrijf waar professionals uit diverse vakgebieden zoals Finance, Legal, HR en Marketing samenkomen, zoeken we een enthousiaste persoon met de perfecte combinatie van sales
- en people managementvaardigheden om bij te dragen aan de groei van de activiteiten van onze klant.

**Wat is jouw rol?**

Als Business Manager Marketing ben jij de salesexpert die niet alleen deuren opent, maar ook potentieel herkent en de ideale synergie creëert tussen marketingconsultants en boeiende uitdagingen.

Jij bent de gids die het hele traject begeleidt, van aanvraag tot opstart, en hierbij put je uit je uitgebreide commerciële vaardigheden om contacten te leggen en klanten te overtuigen.

Je speurt naar nieuwe opportuniteiten bij bestaande klanten en zoekt naar verborgen mogelijkheden bij nieuwe bedrijven. Hierbij fungeer je als visionair, altijd klaar om de volgende grote kans te ontdekken.

**Wie ben jij?**
- Met een focus op mensen, dynamiek, uiterste gedrevenheid en sterke connectievaardigheden, ben jij de sturende kracht.
- Je attitude, in combinatie met commerciële ervaring in de HR-wereld, zorgt ervoor dat je de consultants naar hun droomprojecten leidt.
- Een absolute meerwaarde is je kennis van diverse marketingrollen binnen een bedrijf.
- Ook als je beperkte ervaring hebt, maar de juiste mindset, is begeleiding verzekerd. Jouw potentieel en enthousiasme zijn meer dan welkom
