**Job Purpose**
**Key Responsibilities**
ORDER MANGEMENT:
- Accurately enter and process customer orders using SAP.
- Verify and update customer information in the system, ensuring SOP is adhered to.
- Handle order modifications, cancellations, and inquiries.
- Log customer complaints in line with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality/regulatory guidelines
- Work with 3PL and Supply Chain to ensure delivery as per Service Level Agreed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date pricing Data
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
- Monitor and resolve order discrepancies and issues.
- Maintain organized records of orders and transactions.
- Assist in generating reports and data analysis for order management.
- Assist A/R by investigating unpaid invoices and take appropriate actions as required
**Required Education**
Minimum Bachelor level degree qualified in business management or a field such as supply chain.
**Required Skills and Experience**
- Experience within the pharmaceutical, medical device or healthcare sectors or heavily regulated environments would be useful but not essential
**Technical CompetenciesRequired Behaviours and Competencies**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office tools with very strong Excel skills
- Able to prioritise work
- Able to work independently and with initiative
- Organised with great attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Able to adapt and succeed in a changing environment
- Collaborative approach with a can do attitude
- Able to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Self-starter & Solution driven
