**Jouw Rol**:
- De automatiseringstool Selligent beheren om de ‘customer lifetime value’ te maximaliseren en de betrokkenheid van onze klantenbasis te vergroten.
- Effectieve direct-marketingcampagnes ontwerpen, uitvoeren en beheren met behulp van CRM-tools en de beschikbare klantgegevens.
- De cijfers van campagnes begrijpen en evalueren, en de campagneresultaten communiceren aan het marketingteam.
- Samenwerken met de CRM & Loyalty Manager om KPI's te definiëren, rapporten op te stellen en campagneprestaties te analyseren. Aanbevelingen doen voor voortdurende verbetering van campagnes.
- A/B-tests plannen en uitvoeren om verbeteringen in productiviteit, in de conversiepercentages, in de ROI van programma's/campagnes en in de omzetgroei te bepalen en te realiseren.
- De activiteiten en -processen van marketingautomatisering beheren, door proactief onderzoek te doen naar de nieuwste best practices, strategieën en industrienormen en door die practices toe te passen.
- Nauw samenwerken met onze CRM-gegevensanalist en onze afdeling Market en Consumer Insights met het oog op de identificatie van trends en gedragingen van klanten, om zodoende marketingcampagnes te personaliseren en de klantervaring te verbeteren.

**Jouw profiel**:
- Je bezit een diploma in marketing, communicatie of een verwant vakgebied.
- Je hebt 3+ jaar ervaring met marketingautomatisering en CRM-campagnebeheer.
- Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met het beheer van automatiseringstools; ervaring met Selligent is een pluspunt.
- Je bezit een grondige kennis van CRM en klantsegmentatiestrategieën.
- Je kunt projecten beheren: meerdere taken met concurrerende prioriteiten beheren onder mínimaal toezicht is voor jou geen probleem.
- Je kunt kritisch denken: je hebt onafhankelijk beoordelingsvermogen en je bent discreet.
- Je hebt een zeer spitse aandacht voor details: je kunt de nauwkeurigheid en kwaliteit van alle geautomatiseerde marketingcampagnes garanderen.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, Frans (en Engels).

De ideale kandidaat voor de functie van CRM Automation Marketeer moet de technische vaardigheden hebben om onze marketingautomatiseringstools te beheren en te optimaliseren. Maar het is ook belangrijk dat hij of zij een persoonlijkheid heeft die past bij onze bedrijfswaarden, in het bijzonder:
