You are passionate about learning and multitasking and is interested in the reception environment of the hotel. With the Hotel Manager and Supervisors, you will be in charge of greeting guest, doing the check-in and check-out, answer to guest demands and ensure that the Marriott service quality is respected.
You will promote a favorable work culture and environment.
That all relevant procedures are handled carefully and you promotes our desired work culture around our company values.
**What we ask of you**:
- 1 year of experience as F&B Associate or similar role
- Allowed to work in the EU
- Bilingual in the following languages: English/ French and/or Dutch
- In-depth knowledge of office management and bookkeeping
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Multi-tasking mindset

**Key Job Responsibilities**
- Willing to make a true difference in the lives of our guests during their stay with us.
- To be familiar with the facilities, services and special promotions offered by the hotel and to pass this information on to the guest whenever the possibility arises to maximise hotel sales.
- Whenever possible to anticipate guest’s needs, to be aware of all written and spoken requests, to carry out these requests in a courteous and helpful manner.
- To display and fulfil positive service style.
