**Competency Based Learning expert**:
**Job purpose**:
Are you an experienced **Competency Based Learning expert **eager join our Global QA Transformation Hub Learning Team?

You will directly get involved in the Document Simplification and Competency Based Learning Program and will be accountable for supporting sites and functions defining competencies, learning strategies and SOP Architecture, connecting with the training and documentation team and SME network to achieve results.

Ideally, you have a technical GMP background and pedagogy experience in occupational and technical learning field.

**In this role, you will**
- Be part of the central project team, aligns with local sites, functions, and SMEs to ensure successful topic areas selection and implementation.
- Make sure regular alignment and engagement with business to ensure that DS and CBL approach inputs is well captured, and feedback is well cascaded.
- Support several sites/global functions parallel on developing the first competency package and simplified documentation.
- Drive defining competencies, learning strategies and SOP Architecture together with local SMEs.
- Be responsible for providing expert support, advice and troubleshoot issues.
- Review and validate DS and CBL materials with local team before it is live.
- Train the first set of local trainers and act as coach and mentor the DS and CBL adopters on the first package and documentation development.
- Make sure alignment among various project deliverables, bridge CBL and DS with BPM, MES project implementation.
- Work autonomously in multiple disciplinary areas.
- Participate in Governance, meetings, workshops and Gembas.

- Qualifications & Skills:_
- Master degree in Engineering, Sciences or Pedagogy; or a bachelor degree with 5 years of relevant experience in a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a learning domain / expertise in learning methodologies
- Previous experience in regulated environment (good knowledge of GxP)
- Previous experience as responsible of project or program manager
- Fluent English (written and spoken), French is a plus.
- Preferred Qualifications & Skills:_
- Pragmatic, delivery-oriented
- Ability to engage and present to Senior Management, experience in workshop facilitation
- Ability to navigate with confidence within different sub-projects and initiatives
- Excellent communication skills.
