An international, fast growing company in Fashion, with a European Headquarters located in Brussels
**As a Customer Care Representative BENELUX, your main responsibilities will include**:
- Support your market by being the single point of contact for your b2B customer base.
- Maintain a proactive communication, foreseeing potential issues and delivering an optimal customer experience.
- Manage the whole cycle from Order to Cash, following up closely on the status of the order and delivery.
- Provide assistance to your customers: inform and advise them on all topics related to their order, logistics, products and prices, commercial agreements, terms & conditions.
- Be a true solution finder: manage complaints from your customers from A-Z, working closely together with internal departments to provide problem resolution & have a happy customer
- Database management: make sure you keep records of all inquiries, interactions and actions taken.
- Take part in project management: participate in improvement projects, training of newcomers, etc.
**Who is our ideal Customer Care Representative BENELUX?**
- You have a first working experience in a similar customer oriented position, or have a true passion to launch yourself in Customer Support.
- You are very fluent in Dutch, French and English. Any other language is a big plus.
- You are a fast learner and have an eagerness and curiosity to learn.
- You possess excellent communication skills that enable you to interact with customers and collaborate with internal department such as Sales, Finance and Logistics.
- You love to be part of a team, work together and support each other.
- You know how to prioritise your work and keep focus.
- You thrive in a fast moving environment that requires you to be adaptable and stress resistant.
- You have a positive approach and a ‘what else can I do’ mentality in everything you do.
