**Vacature - Customer Success Consultant** -** **Gent/Remote**
Onze klant, een Legal Tech groep actief in softwareontwikkeling voor advocaten, is sterk groeiende en zoekt een **CUSTOMER SUCCESS** CONSULTANT**
Dit ter ondersteuning van onze klant zijn verschillende productgroepen.
**Jouw taken**:
- Je staat in voor de opstart en begeleiding van nieuwe en bestaande klanten, dit kan remote of bij de klant zelf zijn
- Deze functie bestaat vooral uit het goed analyseren van de behoeften van de klant (mogelijkheden softwarepakket, werkprocessen) waarbij een correcte vertaalslag naar het nieuwe softwarepakket cruciaal is.
- Je gaat de klant ondermeer ondersteunen bij het instellen en/of aanpassen van de technische instellingen van het softwarepakket op basis van hun specifieke noden. Je gaat de klant hierin begeleiden en opleiden.
- Het oplossen van de problemen kan bijna altijd vanop afstand (telefonisch, per mail). De opstart en opleiding gebeurt echter on-site bij de klant zelf.
- Praktische kennis vennootschapsboekhouding is aanbevolen ofwel de bereidheid om deze kennis te verwerven
- Je hebt affiniteit met software of interesse in de software sector
- Idealiter heb je ervaring in een SaaS of (para)legal omgeving
- Minimaal Bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Klantgericht, communicatief, analytisch, autonoom, teamgericht, goed kunnen plannen, discipline en stressbestendigheid
- Van nature steeds strevend naar verbetering
- Grondige kennis van de Microsoft Office suite vooral obv Outlook en Word.
- Taalkennis: zeer goede kennis Nederlands en Engels (spreken, lezen en schrijven), goede kennis Frans is een troef
