**Mission/purpose**:
You manage end-to-end the B2B Telesales & Phone Account Management activities to achieve acquisition, upsell, cross-sell, retention and customer experience objectives of the Orange Enterprise Business Unit.

As part of our Business Sales team, you ultimately increase revenue generation for the Enterprise Business Unit.

Key responsibility areas:

- You organize, steer and develop the Telesales & Phone Account Management operations for the Orange Enterprise Business Unit through partnership(s):

- Select the right partner(s), determine & implement the best contractual framework as well as the appropriate remuneration
- Define the applicable 1yrs & 3 yrs strategic plan for this activity
- Manage the Telesales & Phone Account Management budget
- You manage the Telesales & Phone Account Management activities with focus on Reach rate, Conversion rate & Customer experience to reach the revenues ambition of the Orange Enterprise Business Unit.
- Define and implement the right campaigns, on time, on scope and on budget
- Lead the regular business reviews with the partner(s)
- Identify improvement into processes, customer journeys & infrastructure and get them implemented to support the activity
- You achieve the Telesales & Phone Account Management targets by building the day-to-day operations with/for the partner(s):

- Construct sales speeches & review scripts
- Build and deliver trainings on the products & Orange value proposal as well as on the sales skills

**Do you recognize yourself?**:

- You have at least 3 experience in telesales and/or sales and/or contact center management or another operational department in contact with call centers/clients (billing, provisioning, credit control, etc)
- You are hands-on and do not hesitate to engage into your topic on a 360° basis
- Thanks to your sound assertiveness, you proactively challenge the existing to achieve better results, with a respectful attitude and a positive mindset
- You have excellent communication skills (by phone and direct contact)
- You practice consultative selling (listening, argumentation, objection handling, closing)
- You are a real team player and team oriented. You align with your colleagues on goals to reach and priorities.
- You have demonstrated leadership attitude and you can manage negotiations
- You have an excellent knowledge of English, French and Dutch
