Vos missions
- Tu es responsable du développement du marché des PME en Belgique en prospectant afin de trouver et de convertir des leads.
- Tu veilles à ce que les sous-traitants de nos clients clés soient bien intégrés à la plateforme Traxxeo sur leur compte freemium.
- Tu es responsable de la présentation du portefeuille Traxxeo aux petits clients < 50 ETP.

Vos compétences
- Capacité à s'entretenir avec des directeurs des ressources humaines, directeurs financiers, directeurs d'exploitation, contrôleurs de gestion et des comptables dans des entreprises en phase de démarrage ou de croissance, et à leur poser des questions intelligentes.
- Véritable empathie envers les clients.
- Organisé(e) et doté(e) de solides compétences en matière de gestion du temps.
- Excellente communication écrite et orale en français. Etre parfait bilingue (FR/NL) est un gros atout.
- Motivé(e) et capable de travailler dans un environnement en constante évolution.
- Tu as soif de connaissances et de croissance dans un environnement de start-up.
- Une expérience préalable en matière de génération de leads et/ou de prospection commerciale est un atout.
