As a Sales Support Manager, you will guide and organize your team to ensure that an order is processed from production to distribution while optimizing the quality-service-cost ratio.
Your responsibilities:
- Strategically plan and manage the logistics and transportation of Trasis products.
- Ensure the entire process of an order from production to distribution.
- Manage, negotiate and follow-up on price offers with customers.
- Optimize and manage the entire life cycle of an order.
- Participate in the definition of production needs and priorities.
- Oversee regular updates of the ERP for any specificity related to a customer, an item or an order.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and follow-up with the team.
- Provide customers with the necessary information on the Trasis product range.
- Participate in the planning of interventions, maintenance and installations with the Customer Services department.
- Ensure a regulatory watch in terms of logistics.
- Ensure the return of customer information and the transfer of this information to the relevant departments.
- Communicate deviations and malfunctions and propose improvements.
- Strategically plan and manage the logistics and transportation of Trasis products.
- Define and write procedures for shipping, packaging and labeling of Trasis products in accordance with current regulations.
- Oversee the proper management of complaints, problems, disputes and damages related to transportation.
- Oversee and manage the logistics process for hazardous materials and temperature controlled shipments.
- Select, negotiate contracts, monitor and evaluate carriers and customs agents.
- Monitor and communicate departmental performance.
- Take charge of the organization of the work of his team.
- Unite all teams around the strategy and objectives.
- Ensure that the required initial and ongoing training of the department’s personnel is carried out and adapted as needed.
- Ensure the regular evaluation and development of its employees.
- Actively participate in the recruitment of team members.
Your profile:
- Master or Bachelor in foreign trade / logistics.
- You have at least 5 years experience in a similar position.
- You have an excellent level in English (C1 min).
- You have good managerial skills.
- You master commercial and negotiation techniques.
- You are an excellent communicator.
- You have a good knowledge of laws and regulations related to logistics.
- You have strong organizational and strategic skills.
- You have excellent problem solving skills complemented by a customer focused mindset.
- You are proactive and results-oriented.
