We are looking for a passionate Sales Support Agent.
- Handle merchants’ card terminal subscriptions and provide necessary information to them, if needed.
- Be responsible for VW debit card and card terminal orders' management, exerting attention to detail in both Dynamics CRM & ERP.
- Issue invoices and credit notes for card terminal orders in Dynamics ERP.
- Assist company’s logistics and accounting departments in mid-senior issues.
- Communicate with third party logistics partners in order to ensure that dispatching process is followed uninterrupted
- Managing the local office stock of terminals and viva wallet cards and assign stock to field sales when it is needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer support; experience as a sales/logistics coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
- Fluent MS Office user, tech-savvy, familiar with digital platforms and active social media user.
- ERP experience.
- Excellent user of French or Dutch and English language.
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch is a great advantage.
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
- A team player with high level of dedication.
- BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or logistics will be an asset
