We do this in 3 different ways:

- As design thinking coaches, we **grow** **the** **human-centred design skills **amongst business (residential, enterprise, SME’s,) and non-business decision-makers in customer & employee experience.
- As customer innovation consultants, we** facilitate key innovation tracks**, from the exploration of the challenge to the development of value proposals, with the right methodology, at the right moment.
- As a competence center, we continuously **develop our DT skills and** **training program** so that teams across the company can learn and work in a more customer centric way.

**_What’s your mission at the Design Thinking Center of Excellence?_**
- You empower teams/squads to design products and services that people truly care about.
- You will work on projects that start with the customer and end with value, by exploring the needs of the markets, mapping assumptions and co-creating solutions.
- You will facilitate teams/squads in detecting new opportunities which need to prioritized in function of strategic & customer impact
- You will organize and lead workshops to concrete results by capturing upfront the key objectives and creating a good working flow. Making sure you spend time & energy on the right things with the participants.
- During workshops, you’ll continuously challenge the participants on their key assumptions so that they make decisions based on factual information and not only from gut feeling.
- You assign concrete action points and give accountability to the team so that the impact will remain high and the customer & market insights stay in the squad/project
- You inspire teams and management with relevant customer insights and info at the right time and place

- You combine strong analytic skills with people skills.
You can work independently, but you are also a team player.
