Under the direction of the Manager of the Digital Workplace “User Solutions” department:

MISSION:

- you are responsible for RUN (keep it running) for Mailings Services ( Landline services on MS365 EXO and Exchange On Premise), SLA follow-up, global Architecture, and documentation.
- you are responsible for the preparation of the SLA and associated budgets
- you are responsible for the design and implementation of Skyphone projects ( deployment, SVI, Call centers ) and you oversee budget follow-up, documentation, planning (quality monitoring)
- You finetune and follow up on the contracts so that the agreed SLAs are complied.
- you lead the discussions with internal customers, the project leaders, contractors, and carriers.
- You ensure objectives are met in terms of financial aspects and services
- You make sure the technical documentation of the service is kept up-to-date

COMPETENCES CLES:

- You have experience and a strong interest in IT and industrial environment and in customer service
- you have experience with the supervision of contractors
- you can quickly establish relationships with customers, you are a good team player, and you are easy-going
- you are listening, think solution-oriented, you also have a feeling for possible commercial opportunities that arise with the customer and you can develop them further
- you work independently, and you take initiative.
- you are extremely flexible, stress-resistant
- you speak French and English

Technical knowledge:

- M365 (Exchange/Exchange On Line, Teams)

Understand Mailing Functionalities in general.
