Resolution Specialist

A leading global financial services company based across several locations, including Brussels, London, Paris, Amsterdam and Krakow is looking to hire a Resolution Specialist to join their risk team. The team is responsible for the development and implementation of the resolution readiness Programme.
Â
**As a Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for**:
Driving and owning specific initiatives and deliverables under the program of work, to ensure that they are delivered on time and to a high standard
Supporting the Team and the Program more broadly, to meet the corporate objectives in a timely and efficient manner
Presenting and engaging confidently with several stakeholders across the entire business
Support the Program with respect to questions from internal stakeholders, regulators, clients and counterparties concerning the companyâs resolvability
Prepare and deliver any required internal reporting for the Program and/or Risk Management Division
**For this you will need**: Â
A good understanding of financial concepts such as capital, liquidity, capital markets  etc
Any exposure to resolution planning, recovery planning, ICLAAP, Contingency Funding Planning or other such financial files would be a significant advantage
Strong oral and written communication skills in English
Good project management skills
Ability to âthink outside of the boxâ and bring ideas
Ability to bring people together and build a consensus among stakeholders
Ability to prioritise workload, perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Eager to learn with an intellectual curiosity
