**Beschrijving**

Our client has its own academy, which is responsible for developing and organizing technical, soft skill and safety training courses, both for our client's staff and the contractors working for our client. Thanks to this structure, we can be an even stronger partner for our business in the area of learning and development, and we are a single point of contact within our company for all questions and needs in this area. Based on our expertise in learning and development, we set up successful learning paths where soft skills, technical and safety skills go hand in hand. These learning paths are drawn up together with the business and respond to strategic priorities.

Your tasks
- You take safety tests of our contractors.
- You are responsible for carrying out the various administrative activities related to planning and organizing training for our client's staff.
- You will carry out various administrative tasks such as filing documents and providing initial reporting to our business, trainers and participants
- You will help to organize onboarding events for new employees
- You will perform quality improvement tasks, proactively looking for ways to work more efficiently and better integrate our various activities.
- You will be responsible for following up on certain orders coming from the department.

**Profile**
- Accuracy, quality and safety awareness is a must, safety comes first
- Listening skills, customer oriented and responsible
- You have an interest in electricity and are willing to educate yourself about its contents
- Experience with LMS Success Factors (SAP) systems or another learning system
- Enterprising and positive attitude
- You are stress resistant
- Good speaking and writing skills of NL/FR/EN, and flexible to change ifv the contact person
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Being able to work independently as well as in a team
- You are proactive to implement improvements and review processes
