To accelerate our growth, we are in search of a dynamic and driven HR and Business Administration Officer, to play a crucial role in contributing to the growth of our consultancy community.
**Responsibilities: you will report to our HR&BA manager**
- **HR Administration**:
- Focus on supporting human resource processes, including personnel administration, contract documentation, and HR reporting to social agencies.
- Integrate HR principles within the broader context of office management, ensuring administrative processes align with human resources director
- Oversee and automate HR processes, covering payroll, compensation, benefits, and on/off-boarding.
- Document and follow up on HR initiatives such as CAO90 bonus filing, O&O reporting, learning and development plans, growth plans and bonus plan follow-ups.
- Follow up on the status and reporting of mobility budgets for employees.
- Support the standardization and communication of HR documents across the organization.
- **Business Administration**:
- Financial controlling: Verify invoicing (automated system), expense status, check payments (purchase and outgoing), financial reporting, subsidy filing, and business plan canvas.
- Keep consultant contracts up to date and manage timesheets and deal flows.
- Conduct business data intelligence, verifying data input in our business tools for revenue, costs, margin, and overall company dashboarding.
- Coordinate with the accountant for proper financial and fiscal reporting. Do regular checks of cost and revenue logs.
- Leverage your advanced Excel skills for financial data analysis and control.
- **Vision4Talents: Excel and Google Sheets**:
- Optimize, maintain, and upgrade MindCapture’s proprietary business administration architecture, utilizing advanced Excel engines for financial data analysis (Vision4talents)
- Collaborate with the HR&BA manager to enhance the Excel and Google Sheets-based intranet tools for all employees.
REQUIRED COMPETENCES & SKILLS
- Educational background:
- Business Administration Background: Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Business Management (Accountancy and Taxation), Applied Computer Science - Business IT, Bachelor in Business Administration, Economic Sciences, TEW, Commercial Sciences, Commercial Engineering, with a strong interest in HR processes.Or HR Administration Background: Bachelor or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management - HR Specialization with a strong interest in business administration processes.
- 2 to 3 years experience in HR administration or financial reporting/controlling.
- Strong interest in procedure optimization and creating Google Sheet dashboards.
- Logic thinker, you love to work with data
- People-oriented, empathic, and strong communication skills.
- Interest in the life sciences industry and technology-driven consultancy.
- Proven administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and change priorities.
- Constructive mindset and a team player.
- Excellent proficiency in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
- Self-driven with a proactive approach to research and responsibilities.
