En tant que Loan Expert, vous aurez l’opportunité de gérer, en partenariat avec notre sous-traitant, la nouvelle production ainsi que le portefeuille des crédits hypothécaires et des avances sur polices.
**Que faites-vous concrètement ?**
Au sein de la Direction Life, vous:
- Ecoutez, informez et conseillez les clients concernant leur demande de crédits conformément à la loi et aux règles en la matière.
- Guidez le client dans ces démarches en vue de recevoir un dossier complet.
- Encodez le dossier dans le système de manière complète et structurée, afin d’aboutir à une note de synthèse complète et objective.
- Analysez et acceptez (dans les respects des normes établies) les dossiers de crédits (prêt hypothécaire, reprise d’encours, avance sur police) et adressez ’offre dans un délai raisonnable.
- Informez le client en ce qui concerne le suivi de son dossier, afin d'aboutir à la signature de l’acte.
- Entretenez une relation étroite et constante avec le sous-traitant, le service 2ème pilier et l’Organisme de Financement de Pensions Ethias.
- Collaboration à la gestion des tâches du service 3ème pilier : SRD - téléphonie - gestion polices Vie.

- Vous possédez un bachelier en commerce / économie ou expérience équivalente. Avoir le certificat « intermédiaire en crédits » est un avantage.
- Vous êtes capable de travailler de manière autonome.
- Vous êtes organisé, précis et très pédagogue.
- Vous êtes loyal, pouvez travailler en toute discrétion et garder une totale confidentialité
- Travailler dans le respect des règles définies fait partie de votre crédo.
- La curiosité est un de vos grandes qualités
- Parler le néerlandais est un atout
