As a Sales Executive at Vendorvue, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming the compliance landscape for procurement teams. Your role is to build strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique challenges and presenting our innovative solutions that simplify compliance management.
You’ll be responsible for driving sales initiatives, identifying new opportunities, and articulating the value of our platform to potential customers. Your insights will help shape our sales strategy, ensuring we effectively meet the evolving needs of procurement professionals.

Tasks
- Engage with Procurement Teams: Build strong relationships with clients through meaningful conversations to uncover their challenges and needs.
- Identify Sales Opportunities: Proactively seek out and qualify new leads, ensuring you understand the unique pain points of potential customers.
- Present Solutions: Articulate the value of Vendorvue’s platform, demonstrating how our solutions can simplify compliance management and drive value for procurement teams.
- Gather Feedback: Regularly connect with clients post-sale to gather insights and feedback, ensuring their needs are met and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Analyze Sales Metrics: Monitor sales performance data to assess your strategies, identify trends, and discover opportunities for improvement.

**Requirements**:
- Experience Matters: You’ve got at least 2 years of experience in sales, ideally in a SaaS B2B environment. You don’t need to be a compliance expert, but you should know how to identify and solve customer challenges.
- Understanding the Market: Familiarity with the procurement landscape and the challenges procurement teams face. Bonus points if you’ve worked with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
- Data Savvy: We believe in making data-driven decisions. You should be comfortable analyzing sales metrics and using data to refine your approach.
- Startup Vibes: If you’ve been in a startup or scale-up before, you’ll fit right in. We move fast and often need to make quick decisions to capitalize on opportunities.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Proven ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions that deliver real value.
- Communication Skills: Strong presentation and negotiation skills are a must. You should be able to articulate complex ideas clearly and confidently to various audiences.
- Team Player: Collaboration is key for us. We’re looking for someone who’s not only skilled but also enjoyable to work with and values team input.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is a must, along with at least one of the following languages: French, Spanish, or German.
