Would you like to join our team? We are looking for a **Senior Client** Manager **of our** Customized Executive Education Programs** (CP) for our B2B customers.
**Function**:
As a** Senior Client Manager **within our** Customized Executive Education Programs team **at AMS you are responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new or existing customers and convert their learning and development requests into commercial contracts on a regular basis. In this role, you have a good understanding of the customer needs and act in the interest of AMS by stimulating cross-selling. Customers are companies (profit or public domain) looking for learning and development tracks for their organization, specific teams or employees.
You have a strong commercial acumen and closely follow up on the sales pipeline, ensuring follow-up and conversions of qualitative leads into effective collaborations. You act as a strategic and supportive partner for your customers for any custom education needs. You are ensuring long-term customer retention by regularly updating your customers about the knowledge domains of AMS, addressing evolving needs and identifying upsell, upscale and renewal opportunities.
You translate the customer’s requests and needs into concrete learning offers to ensure an impactful and genuine learning journey. Drawing on your strong customer-service focus, you enter into dialogue with the professionals and companies to properly understand their challenges and learning & development needs, and translate them into executive education programs with demonstrable impact.
By maintaining close communication with the customer experience manager in the team, you are supporting a smooth roll-out of the program so to guarantee an optimal end-to-end customer experience.
**Profile**:
- You have a commercial mindset;
- You have experience in P&L management;
- You have experience in Key Account management;
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit;
- You have strong networking skills;
- You have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
- You are fluent in English and Dutch. Being fluent in French is a plus.
