**Votre contribution, vos missions**:
En tant qu’Accounting & Budget Officer, vous tenez la comptabilité budgétaire et par projets du CIRB, d’IRISteam asbl ainsi que de l’exécution des budgets. Plus spécifiquement, vous soutenez la mise en œuvre des circulaires budgétaires et de clôture sur base de la planification budgétaire.

Vos principales responsabilités sont les suivantes:

- Soutenir la mise en œuvre des circulaires budgétaires : simulations budgétaires justifiées depuis leur établissement jusqu’à leur validation, transmettre les cavaliers budgétaires, établissez les TPEL individuels et globaux, le gender budgetting, procéder aux re-ventilations et dépassements de crédits,...
- S’assurer de la réception des financements du CIRB. Pour ce faire, vous établissez les arrêtés de dotation et garantissez le processus de validation jusqu’au paiement effectif des dotations.
- Soutenir le processus de procurement to pay (validation des engagements budgétaires depuis l’initialisation de l’engagement jusqu’à sa clôture).
- Assurer les clôtures périodiques et annuelles budgétaires, établir le compte générale pour sa partie budgétaire.
- Préparer les reportings budgétaires et d’engagement pour les clients internes et externes.
- Gérer les référentiels budgétaires dans l’outils ERP.
- Assurer les liens et la cohérence avec l’élaboration budgétaire et le cost-accounting (gestion des coûts par projet/produit/service).
- En fonction de vos ambitions et de votre développement, vous prenez à terme une responsabilité plus large sur l’ensemble du processus d’exécution budgétaire.

- disposez d’une formation en comptabilité ou administration.
- possédez d’une première expérience dans une fonction pertinente en comptabilité, gestion budgétaire ou autre expérience pertinente.
- maîtrisez parfaitement le français ou le néerlandais et vous avez idéalement une bonne connaissance de la seconde langue régionale.
- maîtrisez les outils MS Office et disposez d’une affinité spécifique avec les outils informatiques.
