Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de sales strategie van Voka - KvK Limburg: opmaken en behalen van het jaarlijks businessplan.
Je staat in voor het operationele management van het sales team en bent verantwoordelijk voor de analyse, opvolging en bijsturing van de resultaten.
Je coacht en stuurt het salesteam aan.
Je detecteert de noden bij de Limburgse leden-ondernemers en in functie hiervan verkoop je de juiste producten aan onze leden en potentiële leden
Je bezoekt prospecten en overtuigt hen om lid te worden van Voka - KvK Limburg
Je analyseert de noden van de leden om de clusters in onze organisatie te ondersteunen bij productvernieuwing en -ontwikkeling.
Je vertegenwoordigt onze organisatie op netwerkevenementen in Limburg
Je bent secretaris van ten minste twee ondernemersnetwerken.
**Wat moet je in huis hebben als kandidaat?**:
Je hebt een masteropleiding (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring)
Je beschikt over deze competenties:
- Je bent een commercieel talent, resultaatgericht en weet de noden van de markt goed te analyseren.
- Je kan een team inspireren en motiveren.
- Je bent een overtuigd netwerker en verbinder.
- Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag in team.
- Je kan prioriteiten stellen binnen een veelheid aan taken.
- Je bent flexibel in functie van je takenpakket en bereid tot avondwerk.
Je hebt het Voka-DNA:
- Verbinden - Je legt actief contact met leden en ondernemingen, luistert naar hun verhaal en begeleidt hen.
- Verdedigen - Je houdt de vinger aan de pols en hebt gevoel voor wat er leeft in de economie en maatschappij. Hier speel je graag en effectief op in om onze ledenondernemingen te helpen.
- Versterken - Je hebt een neus voor nieuwe kansen en opportuniteiten en grijpt die met beide handen.
