- Pour notre département Corporate Control & External environment au sein de CFO à Bruxelles, nous recherchons actuellement un/une **Head of Financial & Costs**.**
- En tant que **Head of Financial & Costs**, vous faites partie du département central Corporate Control & External environment. A ce titre, vous participez avec votre équipe au contrôle actif des revenus financiers et des coûts pour l’ensemble de la compagnie. Grâce à cette compréhension approfondie, vous faites des analyses adhoc afin de permettre la prise de décision au niveau du comité de direction. Vous fournissez aussi des rapports et du support aux équipes décentralisées. Votre tâche consiste entre autre à:

- Valider et « challenger » les résultats (réalités, forecasts, budgets) au niveau des coûts et des revenus financiers pour les différents canaux en collaboration avec les business controllers « locaux »
- Assurer et établir les rapports centrés sur les coûts et les revenus financiers à diverses parties prenantes (actionnaires, comité de direction, CFO ) en utilisant les outils prévus à cet effet
- Planifier et optimaliser les cycles de forecasts et budget
- Améliorer les rapports existants et les KPI’s actuels
- Fonctionner comme point de contact pour les différents canaux ainsi que pour les actionnaires
- Signaler les trends importants dans l’évolution des frais et des revenus financiers
- Contribuer à la réalisation de projets et analyses « ad hoc »

Vos compétences
- Vous êtes capable de convaincre et de diriger des personnes avec enthousiasme pour les faire collaborer et partager leur expertise
- Vous avez une expérience professionnelle pertinente en finance d’assurance.
- Vous avez un esprit analytique et synthétique et vous avez la capacité de traduire des informations complexes en une approche claire et structurée.
- Vous disposez de bonnes aptitudes en matière d’analyse, de planification et d’organisation.
- Vous avez une grande aptitude à communiquer verbalement et par écrit.
- Vous êtes respectueux des deadlines.
- Vous êtes motivé, orienté résultat, proactif et enthousiaste pour apprendre.
- Vous maîtrisez Excel et Powerpoint, et une expérience des outils de reporting (Hyperion, PBI,) est un atout.
- Une bonne connaissance de l’anglais, du français et du néerlandais est requise.
- Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme universitaire (économie, ingénieur commercial,).
