- Voor ons departement Corporate Control & External Environment bij CFO in Brussel zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een **Head of Financial & Costs**.**
- Als **Head of Financial & Costs** maak je deel uit van het centrale departement Corporate Control & External Environment. In deze functie werk je met je team aan de actieve controle van de financiële inkomsten en kosten voor de hele maatschappij. Dankzij je grondige kennis ben je in staat om ad-hocanalyses uit te voeren, zodat het directiecomité de juiste beslissingen kan nemen. Je bezorgt ook rapporten en geeft ondersteuning aan de gedecentraliseerde teams. Enkele van jouw taken:

- Je valideert en 'challenget' de resultaten (realiteit, forecasts, budgetten), wat betreft de kosten en financiële inkomsten van de verschillende kanalen in samenwerking met de 'lokale' businesscontrollers.
- Je stelt rapporten op over de kosten en financiële inkomsten voor verschillende stakeholders (aandeelhouders, directiecomité, CFO,...) met behulp van de daarvoor bestemde tools.
- Je plant en optimaliseert de cycli van forecasts en budgetten.
- Je verbetert bestaande rapporten en KPI's.
- Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor de verschillende kanalen en voor de aandeelhouders.
- Je meldt belangrijke trends in de evolutie van de kosten en de financiële inkomsten.
- Je werkt mee aan de realisatie van ad-hocprojecten en -analyses.

- Je hebt relevante werkervaring in verzekeringsfinanciering.
- Je hebt een analytische en synthetische geest en kan complexe informatie vertalen naar een duidelijke en gestructureerde aanpak.
- Je bent sterk in analyseren, plannen en organiseren.
- Je communiceert vlot, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Je respecteert de opgelegde deadlines.
- Je bent gemotiveerd, resultaatgericht, proactief en leergierig.
- Je kan heel goed om met Excel en PowerPoint. Ervaring met reportingtools (Hyperion, PBI,...) is een troef.
- Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels is noodzakelijk.
- Je behaalde een universitair diploma (economie, handelsingenieur,).
