**Your Profile**
- Higher education in engineering, with cross functional (mechanical, electrical, control system) experience
- Proven track record in planning and leading engineering work in projects in the oil & gas industry. Experience with Subsea is considered advantageous.
- Experience in managing project stakeholders, including mentoring personnel
- Good knowledge of relevant and applicable international standards including design practices for electrical system design (for subsea system is an advantage) and standards for testing; availability to perform/lead electrical testing is also an advantage

**Your responsibilities**
We are looking for a new Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead our multidisciplinary team on exciting global projects that provide the oil and gas industry with innovative technologies and solutions. Our project portfolio consists of frequency converters, switchgears and transformers for offshore topside and subsea power systems.

As TPM, you will have technical responsibility for assigned projects and studies within the project team and ensure that technical deliverables are delivered on time and to the required quality. This includes planning engineering activities in studies and projects, identifying the required resources, and reviewing the work performed within the project.

We are looking for a hands-on person, with a proactive attitude to take responsibility in the projects, in combination with and a proven ability to develop documents, calculations/simulations, plans, as an individual contributor within the team. Part of the position is interacting with international teams with different cultures, including clients, subcontractors, and the project team. Therefore, we expect you to be an excellent communicator and collaborator with a proactive attitude. The working language is English, but competence in one of the Scandinavian languages is beneficial.
