**General Mission**:
You are responsible for providing administrative and sales support to the sales team with specific emphasis on the management of leads (CRM, ) and all pre-sales activities.

To do so, you will:
**Update CRM database**:
To manage the new leads, to keep the CRM database up to date and support Sales Managers specific reporting requests

**Support Sales Managers activities**
To organize customer visits, to prepare the Quotation Boards, follow-up of documents and offers validity, creation of Sales Orders

**Manage sales documents**:
To prepare budgetary quotes, NDA, MoM, Metadoc and organize their validation. Documents must be correct, up to date, timely delivered and stored.

**Develop tools to centralize product information**
Up to date and available database

**Do recurrent reporting**:
To collect the data and formalize the recurrent reporting (KPI, QMR)
- **No experience needed**, as long as you are gratuated in a finance or administration related field
- You are legally permitted to work in Belgium.
- You can speak **French and English** fluently
- You are stress-resistant in case of short delay files
- You are well organized to keep track of all the on-going action
- You like to connect with the rest of the organization to gather informations.
