**Business Process Expert Supply Chain**

In this context, we are looking for a Business Process Expert Inventory. Your mission is to play a key role to (re)define the rental purchase to pay, inventory management and invest to divest processes and implement them in SAP & Salesforce which shall lead to improvements in operational excellence, support business growth and ensure a top-notch customer experience.

You will become part of the SPARK project team and report to the Business Process Manager Operations.

**This means you will**:

- Be the hands-on expert for:

- purchase to pay (experience with intercompany acquirements is a plus)
- Inventory management
- Warehouse operations
- Invest to divest (fleet management) process
- Perform business process deep dives with the Business Key Users with the objective to identify "what is changing" (fit/gap) and carry out change impact analysis together the Business Process Manager/Change Manager
- Define the future way of working. You will form the supply chain process to be.
- Provide expert advice and make recommendations for changes in the organization and/or people roles, business processes and workflow
- Validate the Country specific changes as requested/ identified from "fit/gap" exercise
- Participate and take responsibility in the different phases of the next gen ERP project (Preparation, fitment, realization, hypercare, harvesting and long term)
- Specify business requirements and review resulting specifications in collaboration with the technical partner
- Lead the activities required to secure a successful implementation of the future state processes in their area of expertise (configuration, solution testing, training)
- Align all your activities & solutions closely with the finance team to ensure excellent end-to-end processes, seen the close link between operations and finance in these areas.
