About Us
Do you want to make a lasting impact on our next-generation rental organization by developing and implementing the future rental processes for the Specialty Rental Division?
At Atlas Copco Specialty Rental, we’re embarking on an exciting journey with our SPARK program. SPARK is more than just a project; it’s a transformational initiative that will revolutionize our rental business. We’re reimagining our processes and organizational structure, including ERP systems, to prepare our organization for the future and evolve towards the next-generation Rental organization.
The Mission, should you choose to accept it
As our Business Process Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of this groundbreaking change. What does it mean, you ask? To create, develop, manage, and implement new processes and systems within a harmonized global template.
Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:
Process Innovation: You’ll drive the design and optimization of rental processes, ensuring they align with our global operations across the entire globe. Standardization is key, and you’ll be the architect behind it together with your team.
System Transformation: Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll oversee the implementation of our new systems. From digital rental desks, improved contract management to streamlined inventory management, you’ll lay the foundation for efficiency and excellence.
Collaboration: Success in this role hinges on collaboration. You’ll partner with Business Process Managers from finance, service, and marketing, as well as external consultants and not to forget our regions. Together, we’ll create solutions that empower our regions and drive success.
Stakeholder Engagement: You’ll interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Your ability to communicate, influence, and align diverse perspectives will be critical.
Planning and Timely Delivery: We recognize the urgency of this transformation. Your role includes meticulous planning to ensure timely execution. You’ll create project timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress to meet our ambitious goals.
Change Management: As this monumental change impacts our entire organization, your expertise in change management is critical. You’ll guide our teams through this transition, fostering understanding, buy-in, and enthusiasm. Communication, training, and empathy will be your tools.
What talents do you need to be victorious?
The successful candidate should have a solid & proven experience in process improvement, business process management within domains like service, logistics, back-office operations.
Experience with SAP / ACT will be regarded as a strong plus.
Ideally you possess a university degree - technically or commercially oriented - or similar through experience.
You have awareness of local cultures and international business environments.
You master the English language perfectly, with a good knowledge of the Way.
You are a very strong communicator and you have the ability to collaborate across functions.
You show resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
You are a methodical and structured achiever who can plan, organize, prioritize, assess, adapt and deliver the promise.
