Atlas Copco Specialty Rental delivers tailored solutions to demanding customers in industries like energy, food & beverage, metal, or manufacturing. As a Rental company, we need to manage our fleet, with their contracts and maintenance plans to maximize uptime at customers around the world. Our rental fleet exists of around 10,000 machines that deliver utilities like compressed air, nitrogen, power, cooling, heat or fluid pumping.

The Specialty Rental division has been growing strongly over the last years thanks to the development of existing business lines and adding new ones. This increases the need to get our processes standardized and automated.

The role of **Business Process Expert **is a strategic role that should understand, manage and improve the processes related to contract management, fleet logistics and machine maintenance.

**Your mission**:
As a business process expert, it is your mission to increase the effectivity and efficiency of our global operations. This includes the service operations in the field and in the different depots, as well as the back-office operations (inc. logistics, work planning, contract management). This covers our operations in Rental Centers across the world, represented in >140 locations.

You will identify and share best practices across Rental Centers and ensure the processes are implemented and being followed by regular visits to these Rental Centers. Measure and audit the processes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

You report to the Business Process Manager Service and closely work together with local Operations and Service Managers. As this a global role some travelling to the different regions is required.

**The team**:

- You will join an international team
- Our team consists of a data engineer, 2 connectivity specialists and a remote monitoring expert
- You will report to the Business Process Manager Service
- You will support Specialty Rental colleagues in Operations around the world

**The position in general**:

- Help shape the future of Rental Operations
- Use a process focused approach to improve daily operations
- Identify, share and implement Best Practices
- Use data to measure performance and identify improvements

**Experience requirements**
- Experience in an industrial environment
- Solid understanding of service processes
- Experience with process mapping or process improvement, either as a lead or participant
- Interest in understanding basic operations of industrial equipment

**Knowledge requirements**
- Bachelor or university degree or similar through experience
- Good command of English is mandatory

**Personality requirements**
