**Business Intelligence Lead - Operations**

Your mission will be supporting the growth of our organization by maximizing business insight and utilizing data for added value digital initiatives.

**Job description**

As a Business Intelligence Lead you will lead digitalization initiatives within the Rental Europe Operations department, supporting all operations departments in our European region. You will take charge in the implementation and usage of connectivity on our fleet. The main goal is to provide added value for our customers and ensure increased internal efficiencies.

You have a solid understanding of data and data structures and are able to guide business intelligence teams in creating reports or tools that can benefit the Operations team.

You help shape, roll-out and support a digitalization roadmap for EU Operations.

In this position you will translate operations data in useful information and tools that benefit the departments mission.

**Knowledge / experience requirements**
- You know, or are willing to learn, the basics of Big Data Analysis, IoT, AI or Machine Learning. You will not necessarily build models yourself, though it will be beneficial to understand what is available to have meaningful conversations with technical experts.
- Programming in SQL/Python is a plus
- You are fluent in English. Speaking Dutch is a plus as well.
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence and data analytics tools like Power BI
- Knowledge of an ERP-system is a plus
- You show a strong affinity with data, analytics, IT systems and business processes.
