**Functie**:

- Zet je het beleid van human resources inzake interne mobiliteit, integratie, talent management, ontwikkeling van de medewerkers, naleving van de sociale wetgeving,graag om in praktijk? Streef je naar “Operational Excellence” om aan de noden van de klanten, consumenten en medewerkers te voldoen? _
- Dan ben jij de _**_HR _**_Business Partner_**_ die we zoeken voor onze farmaceutische klant waar Sodexo on site werkt:_
- Jouw rekruteringsmissie start met een gedetailleerde analyse van de noden, alsook het samen bepalen met de hiërarchische verantwoordelijken van de profielen en functieomschrijvingen.
- Je schrijft en publiceert vacatures en beheert het recruteringsplatform. Je doet rekruteringen voor arbeiders en bedienden voor het nationaal account.
- Je analyseert de interne kandidaten en externe sollicitanten en organiseert screenings (face to face, per telefoon, interview, Skype, Teams, Whatsapp,)
- Je formuleert duidelijke adviezen over de rekruteringen aan de managers. Dit gebeurt in nauwe samenwerking met de hiërarchische verantwoordelijken.
- Je staat in voor het opstellen van de contracten en de bijbehorende functieclassifcaties voor nieuwe medewerkers.
- Onderhandelingen over loon zijn onderdeel van je takenpakket.
- Je zal deelnemen een jobevents en beurzen in functie van de rekruteringsnoden.
- Je fungeert als contactpersoon voor de uitzendkantoren en externe rekuteringspartners.
- Je werkt actief mee aan talent management:

- Je versnelt de ontwikkeling van onze medewerkers door, samen met hun operationeel leidinggevende, hun competenties in kaart te brengen, een analyse te maken van hun ontwikkelingspunten en de nodige ontwikkelingsplannen op te maken.
- Je stimuleert interne mobiliteit aan de hand van pro actief beheer van onze talenten via loopbaangesprekken, uitwerken en follow up van actieplannen inzake vooruitziend beheer, opvolging van evaluatiegesprekken,
- Je werkt actief mee, in samenwerking met de operationeel leidinggevenden en je collega-HR Business Partners, aan de opbouw van succession planning
- Je werkt samen met een payrollcollega van Sodexo. Jij zorgt als eerste HR contactpunt on site, dat personeelsdocumenten zoals ziektebriefjes en aanvragen tijdskrediet goed worden doorgegeven, verder opgevolgd en beheerd worden. Samen staan jullie in voor een feilloze opvolging van het personeel en voorzien jullie de nodige administratie.
- Je biedt operationele ondersteuning aan het management-team inzake HR op verschillende niveaus (beheer van conflicten, sociale wetgeving, verwittigingsbrieven, ontslagen, reorganisaties, exit interviews, )
- Je zorgt voor het respecteren van alle regels, procedures, beleidsplannen en strategieën van toepassing in de onderneming, die noodzakelijk zijn voor goed beheer van human resources op de sites van onze farmaceutische klant in België;
- Je neemt deel aan syndicaal overleg. Je volgt afgesproken actiepunten op, in samenwerking met onze sociale partners, na een syndicaal bezoek on site. Je organiseert ook regelmatig lokaal syndicaal overleg met de sociale partners die werkzaam zijn op de sites. Je stelt eveneens het verslag op van deze meetings.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de Sodexo-waarden en -gedragingen gekend zijn, begrepen en beleefd worden door alle mederwerkers van het account.
- Je neemt deel aan het overleg van het site management en neemt actief deel aan HR-meetings op het hoofdkantoor.
- Je volgt een zero risk mindset en doet geen compromissen op het gebied van veiligheid. Of het nu gaat om jouw veiligheid, die van jouw collega’s, consumenten, klanten of een andere partij.

**Profiel**:

- Je volgde een relevante opleiding, zoals een bachelor of master in personeelszaken of HR.
- Je hebt reeds meerdere jaren relevante ervaring als HR-generalist.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, maar hebt ook een goede kennis van Frans en Engels. Een gesprek voeren in Nederlands, Frans en Engels vormt geen probleem voor jou.
- Je hebt een goede operationele kennis van de sociale wetgeving. Kennis van de verschillende paritaire comités (302, 200,121, 111, 317 ) is een pluspunt.
- Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve, diplomatische en relationele vaardigheden.
- Je bent werkt nauwkeurig, je kunt autonoom werken, stresssituaties beheren en prioriteiten stellen.
- Je beheert vlot MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Kennis van SAP is een sterke troef.
- Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B en bent bereid om de verschillende sites van onze klant in België te bezoeken (Vlaanderen en Wallonië) en je neemt +/- 2 keer per maand deel aan o
