Als **Mobile Field Officer** zorg je voor de dagelijkse organisatie van de patrouilles en de interventies in je branch. Je leidt, coördineert en coacht de agenten.
Daarnaast voer je voor 30% van je tijd operationele taken uit.
Je rapporteert aan de branch manager.
**Wat ga je doen?**:
- Operationele organisatie, coaching en opvolging van de mobile shift commanders en agenten.
- Je staat in voor het opstellen en bijsturen van de maandplanning.
- Je onderneemt acties met het oog op het optimaliseren van de rendabiliteit en de productiviteit.
- Je waakt over de correcte toepassing van procedures en werkinstructies
**Wat verwachten wij van jou?**:
- Goede administratieve, communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden.
- Sociaal, behulpzaam en oplossingsgericht.
- Operationele kennis van het Frans.
- Kennis van MS-Office is vereist
