**The Role**:
As a Service Design Lead, you will be responsible for the evolution of the **My Viking zone**, the Mobile Vikings app and the digital self-care touchpoints of our users, the Vikings. It will be your role to investigate, create and implement customer journeys in which our different products and services are seamlessly integrated. You will take up a **central role** between the teams of product management, design, go-to-market, communications and front-end development. Besides a **passion for UX**, you also have strong people, **planning and project management skill**s. You will lead a full-time team of 3 UX/UI designers and 2 user journey experts.

- Create a long-term strategy and roadmap for the My Viking zone, the Mobile Vikings app and our digital self-care touchpoints.
- Set up user research to optimise our existing and new customer journeys;
- Lead a team of 3 UX/UI designers and 2 journey experts on a daily basis.
- Act as a project manager during the implementation phase of new initiatives.
- Work closely together with other teams to translate product initiatives into seamless digital journeys.
- Build bridges towards go-to-market and front-end development to ensure efficient & consistent implementation;
- Make our users proud Vikings
