**As Payroll & HRIS Associate, you will join the global People team.

Together with our People Services Manager, you will participate in administrative tasks related to onboarding, offboarding, payroll, fleet management, and other various HR duties.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
HRIS & Payroll Responsibilities:

- Processing new employee's contracts and terminations - On and Offboarding processes
- Regular filing and archiving of HR information
- Ensure the front-line HR presence for general administrative matters and operational follow-up for all personnel management, such as preparation of employee arrivals and departures (contracts’ filing, amendments, insurance enrolments, social and administrative documents, registrations, etc.), contract changes, sick leaves, work accidents, etc.
- Monitor benefits (among others: lunch vouchers), sickness, statutory and thematic leaves, etc., in order to ensure data accuracy and prepare accurate payroll
- Manage the HRIS databases
- Maintain personal data files of all employees
- Manage the Mobility Platform (“Mbrella”)
- Contribute to the elaboration and updates of various internal documentation (Confluence pages, handbooks, policies, Work regulation update, org charts, etc.)
- Keep abreast of social legislation and participate to the necessary adaptations in order to remain compliant with regards to social legislation and other norms
- Contribute to the optimization, digitalization and continuous improvement of HR operational processes in order to guarantee efficient and quality work
- Offer ad-hoc support to the HR team members regarding their tasks and projects
- Ensure the backup of international payroll
- Manage all information and data related to the Federal Learning Account

Fleet Management Responsibilities:

- Oversee the follow up on car orders when this solution is chosen by an employee
- Lead the deliveries and returns of company cars
- Handle fleet mobility policy improvements on social, ecological, and financial aspects; to define an optimal policy
- Design, implement and communicate new mobility rules/policies when necessary
- Lead the compliance efforts of the fleet mobility policy and manage the extend expertise when needed
- Follow up of the offers, orders, fines, accidents and technical checks

**QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS**:

- Bachelor’s degree (in human resources management, labour law, etc.)
- At least a first probing experience in a similar role (e.g.: HR Officer, HR Payroll and Administration)
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Rigorous and structured
- Service-minded and excellent communication skills
- Strong literacy skills (document creation)
- Tech savvy
- Autonomous and resilient
- Knowledge of general fleet management good practices
- Strong attention to details
- Proactive and great team spirit
- Fluent in French and English (is a must)
- ** Willingness to be in the office regularly on a weekly basis
