As a **Senior Payroll Specialist **, you will provide accurate and timely payroll ensuring that deadlines are met for all payroll-related activities.
You will be based in Louvain-la
- Neuve.
**Your challenge**
Your main tasks will be:
- Processing end-to-end payroll, either for white-collars, either for blue-collars, mainly in Belgium (and in France, in the Netherlands and in Luxembourg).
- Dealing with internal and external queries.
- Ensuring that all the variable data are received in a timely manner.
- Preparing monthly payroll using payroll software packages (SD WORX).
- Processing of statutory documentation.
- Processing starters and leavers.
- Administrative management of the benefits (insurances, bonus, meal voucher, flexible income plan...).
- Gathering and providing all the payroll data in case of social/fiscal control.
- Managing, potentially, the fleet and working on the implementation of the Green Mobility Policy.
**Your profile**
**Your education**:
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent by experience.
**Your experience**:
You have **at least 5 years of experience **in a similar position.
**Your skills**:
- A strong background as Payroll Specialist including time attendance, mainly blue-collars.
- End-to-end payroll knowledge.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Knowledge of various payroll and HRIS systems.
- Knowledge of e
- Blox, SAP HCM and/or Oracle HCM is a big asset.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
- A real team-player.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to lead projects linked to Payroll and Administration.
- Fluent in French and good level in English.

- White-collars payroll.
- Blue-collars payroll.
- HRIS.
- Payroll projects: Flexible Income Plan, Green Mobility, HR/HCM Transformation (from SAP HCM to Oracle HCM), etc.
**Your manager will be Wivine Gilsoul**:
Wivine is a Senior HR Generalist who has developed her HR Hard skills through different industrial experiences. She used to be a liaison between the production sites and Corporate to develop, customize and implement HR processes, services and solutions in order to support businesses.
She is very team spirit-oriented, positive and solution-driven to support the team in a day-to-day and long-term basis.
Her knowledge from the operations helps the team to anticipate needs. She creates partnership with key-stakeholders of the Shared Service Center.
