We are currently looking for an HR Administration & HRIS Specialist with superb communication and administration skills.
**About the Role/the Team**
As HR Administration & HRIS Specialist you will play an essential role within the People Team making sure all aspects of the department run smoothly.
You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.
Ultimately, you help us ensuring our People Team supports our employees at best while conforming to labor laws.
**What will you do as** **HR Administrator**?**
- Be a competent user of all internal systems, i.e. ODOO, Leapsome and Payroll platforms (SDWorx and Trinet)
- Organise and maintain internal systems, records and reports with accurate personal people data (e.g. record sick or maternity leaves, record people data changes )
- Process new starters, including preparing onboarding documentation and updating relevant databases
- Process employees leaving, including preparing relevant documentation and updating systems accordingly
- Update personal employee records, by saving relevant documentation or updating attached systems
- Revise company HR policies and handbooks
- Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
- Support in creating regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. Turnover Rate, Headcount evolution )
- Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
- Administrate our Belgian car fleet in support of the Finance Department
- Prepare the monthly/bi-weekly payroll data for the payroll providers of our various legal entities (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
- Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event, improve the onboarding program, salary benchmarks, new benefits roll-out )
**What do you need for this position?**
- You hold a bachelor or a master in HR
- You have a first proven experience of min. 3 years in a similar role
- You are completely fluent English/French
- You are an experienced user of HR softwares, like HRIS
- You are a proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite
- You have a good knowledge of labor laws
- You demonstrate excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize important projects
- You have exceptional interpersonal and time management skills
- You demonstrate strong adaptability and accountability
- You are fundamentally customer focused
