Als** Software Solutions Consultant** zal je klanten HR - PAY-toepassingen voorstellen die aan hun verwachtingen voldoen en de implementatie in goede banen leiden.

**Om dit te realiseren zal je**:

- De verwachtingen van jouw klanten definiëren op het vlak van HR - PAY-toepassingen.
- De aangepaste software oplossingen opzetten met de klant. Je lanceert het project en bewaakt de voortgang, je neemt deel aan het opstellen van het lastenboek, je voert functionele analyses uit en je zorgt voor de installatie/implementatie van de software.
- Business/technische analyses uitvoeren met betrekking tot de te realiseren ontwikkelingen.
- De optimale werking van de scripts/ontwikkelingen, procedures en schermen die in productie worden genomen garanderen, de ontwikkelde oplossingen standaardiseren en het uitgevoerde werk documenteren.
- Zorgen voor een goede follow-up en vooruitgang van het project: volgen van projectmanagementmethoden, uitvoeren van tests, het geven van opleidingen over de tools.
- Optreden als adviseur van de klant in alle zaken die betrekking hebben op jouw vakgebied en het proactief voorstellen van passende oplossingen.
- Commerciële en technische ondersteuning bieden aan de klant en de sales (haalbaarheid, validatie van offertes en facturatie)

**Wie ben jij?**
- Je hebt minstens een eerste ervaring in payroll (intern of een sociaal secretariaat).
- Je hebt affiniteit met IT software.
- Je bent analytisch ingesteld en bent in staat om vlot verbanden te leggen.
- Je hebt een open geest die je toelaat je makkelijk aan te passen aan veranderingen en efficiënt te blijven in drukke periodes.
- Naast vlot communicatief kan je uitstekende luisteren zodoende de noden van de klant te detecteren.
- Je bent in staat autonoom te functioneren, maar je werkt ook graag in team.
- Je bent bereid om 1 keer per maand fysiek aanwezig te zijn op onze hoofdzetel te Brussel.
