Onze klant IKEA doet beroep op ISS voor een groot stuk van haar facility services en samen met jouw team van 15 mensen staan we in voor alle schoonmaak activiteiten en de technische coördinatie van reparaties en onderhoud. (HVAC, sprinkler, elektriciteit, beveiliging, poorten, sanitair,... )

**Functie**:
Als site coordinator ben jij het aanspreekpunt van de klant en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de operationele activiteiten op jouw site.

**Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden**:

- Structuur creëren in de manier van werken, communiceren en rapporteren
- Je acteert als de contactpersoon voor de verschillende partners waar we mee samenwerken
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de klant en verantwoordelijk voor de eindbeslissingen
- Verantwoordelijk voor de maandelijkse rapportage, zowel intern als extern
- Coachen en begeleiden van 15 mensen in jouw team
- Leiden van structurele meetings met (technische) partners om de samenwerking te evalueren en optimaliseren
- Overzicht bewaren van de verschillende uit te voeren werken & aanvragen

- Je bent enorm sterk in het opbouwen van relaties met diverse partners, collega’s en leveranciers
- Je bent sterk stressbestendig, assertief en diplomatisch
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van Excel & Word
- Je spreekt vloeiend NL & FR
- Je hebt interesse in facility services, een technische affiniteit en een hands-on mindset

**Wie is ISS?**

ISS is opgericht in Denemarken en bestaat al 116 jaar. **ISS in België en Luxemburg**

Ze worden aangestuurd en ondersteund door 500 specialisten in management, administratie, assistentie en verkoop. Ons hoofdkantoor bevindt zich in Vilvoorde. We hebben ook 5 regionale kantoren van waaruit we onze klanten en medewerkers ondersteunen.
