**Position Summary**
As an agile and business focused “
**Benefit Manager**”, you will lead benefits administration of a crossborder pension fund on topics related to benefits & plan design.You will liaise with the sponsoring undertakings (HR) and coordinate the third-party plan administrators in the different countries that we are covering.
You will propose processes and controls to ensure data quality and privacy and ensure these are conducted once approved. Within your remit you will ensure that business continuity is provided at all times. You will be in charge of supporting the Audit & Compliance Committee and act as its secretary.

**A Day in the Life of a Benefit Manager**
- Lead benefits administration of a crossborder pension fund on topics related to benefits & plan design.
- Liaise with the sponsoring undertakings (HR) and the third-party plan administrators in the different countries that we are covering.
- Propose controls and conduct these once approved
- Ensure that reconciliations are conducted between GHR master data and pension fund data.
- Ensure that our BCP reviewed, communicated to all stakeholders and tested on a regular basis.
- Prepare the Audit & Compliance Committee meetings and act as its secretary.
- Support the work of the various functions of NEPF (depending on audit cycles)
- Act as back-up of the Investment manager.
**What will make you successful**
- 5+ years’ experience in pension plan administration, in a pension fund, group insurance or in benefit consultancy.
- Master of Science level knowledge of HR, actuarial sciences, legal or equivalent
- Experience in effective networking at local and global level.
- Strong stakeholder management and recognized leadership skills.
- Ability to translate complex topics into easy-to-understand concepts.
- Superior analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Hands on and collaborative approach.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken. Dutch or French is a benefit.
