**Commercial Supply Manager Off-Trade**
**Background**:
- Commercial Supply is located at the heart of Off Trade Belgium. We form one team with the KAM Team (Key Account Management)
- Internally, Commercial supply act as the connection between Sales, Supply and Logistics. Commercial Supply contributes to the delivery of Sales/(Trade)Marketing initiatives in time and in full while managing the interests of its internal stakeholders. We always put the customer at the center while balancing the commercial and supply/logistics demands
- We strive for the win
- win with our customers. While doing this, we take into account our own supply chain challenges and hurdles but do not see these as limitation. We break and overcome them.
- We develop a long-term supply chain strategy with the top off trade customers by fully understanding their end to end needs and requirements.
- We provide the best customer service, increase forecast accuracy and MACO by improving customer relationships.
- Making Logistics and Supply sustainable is our long-term goal: Sustainability is the key to our future. We get our company ready for future market challenges and increased customer needs. Managing this role is crucial to improve Off Trade growth in rapidly changing market conditions.
**Tasks**:
- You manage and optimize the supply chain relationship with your portfolio of Belgian retailers. This goes from resolving ad-hoc issues to building and implementing a LT supply chain plan at customers.
- You are responsible for driving the customer agenda within the organization. To ensure this you work closely with internal departments such as Sales, Logistics, Supply, Demand Planning, (Trade) Marketing and the BSCs (Business Service Centers).
- In collaboration with Demand Planning/Key Account Management you create a short
- and long-term forecast to ensure retailers demands are met while optimizing our internal supply chain
- You develop, implement and follow-up on Customer-Specific Supply Chain Initiatives (Data-Driven Forecast, Beer Train, H2 Delivery,..)
- Manage the Innovation and Promotion Implementations at customers from a supply chain point-of-view
- You are actively part of the Sales Off-Trade Team and the Commercial Supply team. You critically evaluate internal and external processes, and improve them structurally. You do this while pursuing both supply chain efficiency as customer satisfaction.
- Being the SPOC between Sales Off-Trade BE and our BSC Prague (Ordertaking, Inventory Deployment and Transport Planning) You act as the the go-to person within the Commercial Supply Team for different functional domains (E.g. Promotions, Revenue Management, Field Sales, 2nd Tier Logistics, EDI,)
**Qualifications**:
- Master’s Degree with a strong growth mindset
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer-facing role or logistics/supply chain. Having experience in both is a plus
- Fluent in Dutch, English and French (Speaking, Reading and Writing)
- Stress-Resilient and Deadline-Driven
- Operational Efficiency, Result-Oriented and Creative, Team Player and Excellent Communication with a Customer-Centric Approach
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Excel and ERP Knowledge are a plus
