**The challenge**:
Join us, and you'll be a Field Sales Manager for the best beer company in the world. You'll take the lead from day one, speak your mind and grow your career faster than you thought possible.

You will be r esponsible for managing the relationships of key senior stakeholders in the Drinks, Sales & Marketing teams for the customer base as well as internally to deliver plans.

You will become an expert of the customer’s business to identify growth opportunities both for ABI and the customer.

**The role**:

- Maintain account performance tracking processes e.g., Market Share, Distribution
- Building of joint Business Plans and corrective actions to achieve targets
- Develop and deliver a winning contact strategy from CEO to Field Sales, from logistics to finance teams
- Day to day communication with the customer contacts crucially linking customer sales force to BBG 11x LAM network to deliver net new distribution and reduce churn by maintaining existing stockists

**Who we’re looking for**:

- Responsible for the Budgeting and P&L delivery
- Passion to secure Brand Marketing and Trade Marketing support to deliver the above
- Core Brand selling, at every level of the business, through the Operations team and in outlet. Additionally, activating in outlet, to drive rate of sale and improve mix, whilst defending the base as per Joint Business Plan
- Creating promotional programs for both Managed and Leased sites within the customer and activating ROS driving activities

**Experience and Skills Required**:

- Experience of FMCG and ideally the O n Trade market
- Understanding of budget & commercial management
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Track record of commercial delivery
- Experience in developing collaborative internal and external networks
