Nous recherchons un passionné de vitesse et de précision pour prendre les commandes en tant que Chef d'Atelier.

Le profil recherché sera en charge de la logistique opérationnelle quotidienne ainsi que des courses, et assumera la gestion de la flotte. Il sera impliqué dans les négociations avec les fournisseurs de notre partenaire.

Les responsabilités du Chief Workshop incluront:
Support technique:

- Apporter son expertise en matière technique et mécanique.
- Assister de manière proactive les mécaniciens si nécessaire.
- Coordonner avec les gestionnaires de programme pour répondre aux besoins des différentes lignes d'activité de notre partenaire.

Support logistique:

- Gérer la maintenance et la conformité légale de la flotte de véhicules et de camions de service de notre partenaire.
- Planifier l'utilisation des véhicules de service et des camions de notre partenaire pour les différentes lignes d'activité afin d'assurer une utilisation efficace.
- Gestion de la main-d'œuvre de l'atelier de course:

- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les gestionnaires de programme pour optimiser l'emploi de la main-d'œuvre et assurer la productivité.
- Gérer les divisions de support technique (moteur, transmission, usinage et fabrication) pour garantir une productivité et un service adéquats.

Chaîne d'approvisionnement:

- Gérer la chaîne d'approvisionnement en collaboration avec les gestionnaires de programme des différentes lignes d'activité.
- Gérer directement les opérateurs de stock.
- Assurer la gestion des stocks et veiller au respect des lignes directrices de l'entreprise pour l'expédition et la réception, y compris la validation des factures.

Infrastructure:

- Gérer la maintenance et l'utilisation des installations.
- Assurer la conformité aux exigences en matière de santé et de sécurité en collaboration avec le responsable santé et sécurité de notre partenaire.
- Connaissances du secteur de la construction pour la coordination d'un futur déménagement de l'atelier, suivi de l'exécution des travaux et reporting à la direction.

**Qui êtes-vous?**:

- Le Chief Workshop devrait posséder les compétences suivantes:

- Approche pratique avec une attitude flexible et proactive.
- Capacité à résoudre les problèmes de manière proactive.
- Excellent communicateur.
- Fortes compétences en organisation et en planification.
- Permis de conduire de camion est un plus.
- Promouvoir les valeurs (Personnes, Passion, Performance) et s'engager à investir personnellement dans la stratégie ESG ( Environmental, Social, Governace) de notre partenaire.

**Formation**: Vous avez une formation technique en mécanique et/ou manageriale. Une expérience probante apportant une expertise équivalente est également acceptée.

**Connaissances professionnelles**: Vous avez une expérience porbante de minimum 5ans.

**Connaissances linguistiques**: Vous parlez le français et l'angalis de manière fluide
