Customer Service Manager

Pour notre département Online Services (Guide-épargne, Monenergie, Wikipower, Comparateur-energie, comparateur-telco, Independer et Livios) qui est en pleine croissance, on est à la recherche d’un(e) Manager Centre Clientèle. Basé à Liège dans les bureaux Wikipower vous seriez le coach et leader d’une équipe de +/- 25 Customer Advisors dans une société avec une mentalité start-up et qui souffle un esprit d'entreprenariat. Vous faites partie du DPG Media Groupe et pourrez compter sur son support et expertise.
**Tâches**:
- Coaching des Customer Advisor Team Leaders et supervision, en seconde ligne, de l’équipe opérationnelle
- Veiller avec RH sur le bien-être de l’équipe et sur le recrutement du personnel
- Détermination des objectifs commerciaux mensuels et rapportage des KPIs afin d’avoir une vue sur la performance du département centre clientèle
- Traduction des besoins concernant les systèmes d’informatique vers le département IT
- Toujours voulant améliorer les processus et l’efficacité ainsi que les capacités et le niveau opérationnel de l’équipe
