**Voka Health Community: verbindend platform voor sectorgenoten**
In de Voka Health Community brengen we 600 zorgondernemingen, bedrijven, kenniscentra en patiëntengroepen samen in één platform. We moedigen hen aan om op een open en ondernemende manier samen te werken en de vele uitdagingen en veranderende behoeften binnen de gezondheidszorg samen aan te pakken. Hoe? Door nieuwe inzichten te delen, technologische vooruitgang te omarmen, en hen via tal van activiteiten en events te verbinden, verdedigen en versterken.

Als Projectassistent bied je ondersteuning aan op vlak van administratie, financiën, databeheer en communicatie & events. Projectassistent bij de Voka Health Community: de spil die het platform mee doet draaien. Dit zijn de rollen die je opneemt:
- **Organisatietalent**: je bent punctueel en voert administratieve taken met plezier uit. Je zorgt voor het agendabeheer van de collega’s, je organiseert interne en externe vergaderingen van A tot Z (versturen uitnodigingen, boeking zalen, catering, vlot onthaal, opvolging verslag), en je staat in voor de administratieve verwerking van activiteiten en events.
- **Budget assistent**: je staat in voor het debiteurenbeheer. Je volgt de facturatie van events en activiteiten op, verstuurt betalingsherinneringen en aanmaningen en voert telefoongesprekjes met de klant. Je ondersteunt de collega’s in het beheer van hun projectbudgetten.
- **Databankbeheerder**: je bent de chief databankbeheerder voor de Voka Health Community. CRM heeft geen geheimen voor jou: je bent vertrouwd met het invoeren, selecteren en aanpassen van gegevens in CRM, je monitort de resultaten van de verschillende projecten, en je bent ook in staat informatie en learnings te halen uit beschikbare data. Voor activiteiten en events maak je marketinglijsten en campagnes aan, en registreer en beheer je inschrijvingen. Om onze werking steeds te verbeteren, waak je over de kwaliteit van onze database: je voert steekproeven uit en brengt verbeterpunten aan bij de directeur en de collega’s.
- **Vlotte communicator**: je voert een vlotte schriftelijke communicatie in het Nederlands (brieven, verslagen en nota’s opstellen en redigeren, basispresentaties maken) en werkt makkelijk met Microsoft Office toepassingen. Je bent vlot in de omgang en de vriendelijkste Voka-telefoonstem. Je zet onze activiteiten mee in de markt via onze website, direct mailings, nieuwsbrieven en social media.
- **Positivo**: je bent pas tevreden wanneer je werk een positieve impact heeft op de doelstellingen van de Voka Health Community.
**Wie ben jij en wat breng je mee?**
- Je hebt een relevant hoger onderwijsdiploma (b.v. office management, bedrijfsmanagement, marketing, communicatie,) en een eerste relevante werkervaring op zak.
- Je bent een leergierige, flexibele teamspeler die ook zelfstandig kan werken.
- Vrienden omschrijven je als gedreven, ondernemend en vlot in de omgang.
- Je werkt zorgvuldig, klantgericht en oplossingsgericht.
- Je bent empathisch, integer én discreet.
