**Functie**:
Als Technical Administrative Officer zal je terechtkomen in een team dat verantwoordelijk is voor de aanleg van een glasvezelnetwerk. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opmaken van de signalisatieplannen die vereist zijn om de project-uitvoering van de werken zo efficiënt mogelijk te kunnen laten verlopen.
**Een greep uit jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden**:
- Je tekent en maakt de signalisatieplannen op voor de lopende projecten/werven.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve en technische ondersteuning in de breedste zin; ondersteuning bij stockbeheer en - telling.
- Je staat in voor Project Orders (PO) en verschaft de nodige informatie in het kader van de projecten.
- Je staat in nauwe interacties met de permit office om vergunningen tijdig klaar te hebben.
**De ideale kandidaat**:
- Je hebt ervaring met vergunningen, opmaken van signalisatieplannen of synergiewerken
- Je hebt oog voor detail en kan goed de focus houden, ook bij repetitieve taken.
- Je hebt communicatieve vaardigheden. Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal perfect.
- Je hebt een zéér goede kennis van MS Office. Je zal héél veel met Excel werken.
- Je bent in staat mee te denken zowel in de richting van de opdrachtgever als de eindgebruiker.
- Je bent in contact met de verschillende stakeholders, bijgevolg ben je sterk in stakeholder management.
- Stress en deadlines zijn drijfveren voor jou.
- Je schakelt snel wanneer er zich uitdagingen voordoen.
- Kwaliteit komt bij jou op de eerste plaats.
