**Responsibilities**:

- IT Systems Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT systems, including hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in managing and maintaining Windows operating systems and VMware virtualization technologies.
- User Support: Respond to user inquiries and requests for assistance promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- System Monitoring: Monitor system performance and reliability, identifying and addressing potential issues proactively.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Work closely with IT teams and stakeholders to implement solutions, upgrades, and enhancements to IT systems.
- Participate in training programs and self-directed learning activities to enhance technical skills and knowledge of industry-specific technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Technical Skills: knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10/Server) and preferably also VMware virtualization technologies.
- Interest in the Industrial Sector: Genuine interest in the industrial sector and willingness to learn about specific technologies and processes relevant to steel manufacturing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with users and team members.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions efficiently.
- Collaborative attitude with a desire to contribute to team goals and projects. Languages: French & English required

**Location**: Charleroi, BE

**Working arrangement**: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote

**Start date**: ASAP (can be flexible)

**Option of a long-term freelance contract, or a permanent employee contract.
