Locatie: Elia Brussel / Contract: Voltijds onbepaalde duur / Uren: Ma tot Zon 24/7 - 12u shiften / Verloning: OP3 - operationeel bediende contract
**Wat ga je doen?**
Je zorgt voor de dagelijkse organisatie van jouw post en je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de operatoren, de klant en Securitas.
Je voert operationele opdrachten uit en je stuurt en coördineert jouw team van operatoren.
Je vervult een aantal administratieve taken.
Je coördineert de opgelegde trainingsparcours van de operatoren en geeft zelf ook training on the job.
Je maakt instructies op en implementeert deze in “The Security Manual”.
**Wat verwachten wij van jou?**
- Je bent tweetalig Nederlands/Frans en hebt een goede kennis Engels.
- Je beschikt over de capaciteiten om een ploeg te leiden, je bent people minded.
- Je hebt minimum één jaar ervaring binnen de bewaking.
- Je bent assertief en zelfstandig ingesteld.
- Je bent vlot in het werken met procedures.
- Je hebt een goede computerkennis.
- Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B en een wagen.
