**Dekimo Experts **is de consultancy-tak van Dekimo als dienstenleverancier in de elektronica en software. Met intussen 8 groeiende vestigingen in België, Nederland, Frankrijk en Duitsland bedient Dekimo Experts lokaal de klanten die behoefte hebben aan ingenieursprofielen om tijdelijk hun eigen R&D teams te versterken.
Voor de vestiging van Dekimo Experts in **Gent **zijn we op zoek naar een **Business Development Manager **voor de regio Oost
- en West-Vlaanderen. Doel is om de markt verder open te breken en nieuwe klanten te vinden voor de consultancy-dienstverlening. Als je ondernemend bent, uit de software
- en elektronicawereld komt, een netwerk hebt van contacten in die wereld, en klanten kan overtuigen om Dekimo-ingenieurs op hun projecten in te zetten, dan ben je de geknipte persoon voor de rol. Je krijgt de vrijheid om je rol en je sales roadmap zelf in te vullen, en werkt daarbij nauw samen met de Managing Director van Dekimo Experts Gent.
**Verantwoordelijkheden**:
- Prospecteren naar nieuwe leads en klanten, en vinger aan de pols houden rond de ruime markt van slimme systemen op basis van elektronica en software.
- Realiseren van commerciële targets bij bestaande en nieuwe klanten
- Een goede relatie opbouwen met de ingenieurs die je bij de klanten inzet, en uiteraard met je klanten zelf.
- Nauw samenwerken met de andere Dekimo-geledingen voor optimale kruisbestuiving (commerciële meetings, directe contacten met collega¿s).
- Ambassadeur zijn van het totaalpakket van de Dekimo-dienstverlening bij de klanten.
**Wij vragen**:
- Hogere opleiding (minimum Bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring)
- Sterke affiniteit met en commerciële ervaring in de wereld van elektronica en software.
- Een stevig netwerk van bedrijven en HW/SW ingenieurs in Oost
- en West-Vlaanderen.
- Commercieel inzicht, een kei in het opbouwen van relaties met klanten, partners en collega¿s.

- Consultancy rond elektronica en software.
- In-house software
- en hardware-ontwikkeling op projectbasis
- Compliance-metingen & testen (EMC, LVD, CE, enz.)
- Layouting, assemblering en serieproductie van PCBs
- Mechatronica-oplossingen
Dekimo bestaat al meer dan 30 jaar en heeft uitgebreide ervaring rond elektronica en software voor alle sectoren die hun producten met slimme technologie willen uitrusten: telecom, farma, automotive & (aero)space, banking, healthcare, enz.
